When you get an uber to get here, just let the cabbie know that you are going to the Sheraton Hotel. This cafe is located inside Sheraton as their on-premise cafe. It works just fine for non-guests to get a cuppa and meet with someone. Not great to sit and get work done though, since (a) there aren’t any “work” type seating (b) they decide to amp up the volume on the darn TV. The service and the food were great, I had a cappuccino which does the job. They seem to have a better vibe in the night though - some wine options and cricket/sports on TV might just be the thing you need if you are staying here and want to unwind after work. Very close / inside the buzzing Financial District of Hyderabad.

I just wanted to share my wonderful experience at Link Café. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cozy ambiance and warm hospitality. The atmosphere is perfect for both relaxing and catching up with friends. The coffee was exceptional—rich, flavorful, and perfectly brewed. I especially loved the [mention a favorite item, e.g., "signature cappuccino" or "delicious pastries"], which made my visit even more delightful. The presentation and quality truly stand out. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Their recommendations were spot on, and the service was quick yet never rushed.

Link has been my go to place for lunch & late night snacks. They serve amazing Chicken Biryani, Pizzas and Wraps. The Biryani is delicious with flavourful, soft and succulent chicken pieces. I have always enjoyed their pizza, chicken 65 and pastries. The ambience is quite peaceful and relaxing with comfy couch seating and beautiful paintings. Manager Loknath, Buchaiya & Surya have always been hospitable, warm and have ensured a great experience each time.

Excellent food , staff and entertainment. The person serving us always asked if we need anything when he came to our table to serve , no unnecessary fuss . I personally loved the chocolate cookie provided with the coffee :)

This place is a coffee shop in Sheraton which is open 24/7. It had decent number of options to choose from. We had pomodoro and chicken biryani. Both the dishes were good. The pomodoro was perfectly made with right amount of sauce. The chicken Biryani served in a pot was also good with ample quantity for 2 people.
